- How Do I Take My Body Measurement?

Place the tape measure under the armhole, at the top of the chest, and take measurements parallel to the floor.
- 2. Waist
Determine your waist point by placing your hands on your waist. Take measurements parallel to the ground from that point.

Place the tape measure on the widest and vertical part of your hip and take measurements parallel to the floor.

- 5. Inner Leg Length
Without breaking the leg, take the tape measure from the top fork length to the base.
